A few days back I went to the scarred glade with Hans to investigate a disturbance and obtain ash for Misa.
At the center of the glade we discovered charred corpses with staffs near them and a stone mask was recovered by Sunny.
On the way out of Colinwood we ran into a purple dragon who said they had seen people with torches moving around frequently.

It seems these cultists may have served a minotaur named Domihaus, A druid that converted fully to fire.

The pillar said the minotaur was a servant of nature, not a druid. There are many within the wildwalkers who are not druids.
