Simple farmers, and wood dwellers are forced from their livelihood and homes as mysterious booming voices from the sky "banish" them from their homes. Most of them hail from the empty plain and woods South of Tilverton, North of the Cliff of Lost Lovers. An area with little interest, with barely any landmarks to speak of. Thanks to the Black Chalice and Duke Misrim, the refugees have been granted safety within the walls of Tilverton.

After the brave aid from the House of the Morning, and their allied paladins. Hillmarch remains on edge after the attack by other worldly beings, the disgusting odour of brimstone still lingers in the nearby mines. Local miners avoid the area, speaking of dreaded deformities crawling in the shadows.

Adventurers frequently visiting the planar infested mines, have begun to uncover passages deeper into the Eastern Marches. Whilst Tilverton's forces have made it safe enough for adventurers to venture further South of Tilverton, at their own risk.
