We have requested the land by returned to a more magical-minded family, the House of Mossmere. Accomplish this, and your company will act in the interests of House Mossmere as caretakers of the facility.
We will of course continue our research of the Helmlands from this facility.
The conditions of this deal are three fold;

These terms are non negotiable. Although you would be hard pressed to find a better offer. We have reached out to the Council of Twelve as it is for them to decide, convince them, the Twelve, to empower you by providing your organization with this boon, an Outpost in the Helmlands, and we will take care of the rest.
