Screen Shot:The Description for Celestial Concerto says that only Good aligned PCs should recieve the bonus. But Non-Good PCs are also getting at bare minimum the Bonus Divine Damage as I can see it in the combat tracker, can't speak for whether they're getting all benefits.

I don't play my bard at the moment but I think that is correct.
Only the "good" people get heals but everyone gets everything else.
The info in the forum is kind of confusing but the way it reads, that is how it is meant to work.
It does say effects good aligned PCs only but later on it specifically points out that only good get heals. Personally, I like it the way it is.

Wasn't sure which parts were intentional or not, figured a general bug report was the best bet.
-
It was intended, as was for the racial songs, that only the specified alignment or race gets the effects. It's too strong otherwise if it buffs everyone and defeats the purpose of being set to that requirement.
-
The Racial and Alignment restrictions on songs are both ending up UMDable, and the benefits of playing the song affect everyone regardless of race or alignment. For sure a bug then.

Deffo a bug.
-
Easy to fix, just chuck an if into the song code, then you can UMD it all you like, wont do nothin

Celestial Concerto
Only good aligned bards can use it now.
I didn't want to make it so that it only buffed good characters, as that is a "detect evil" via bard song... which is rubbish.
So, good bards, can use this song to buff evil people, but evil bards can't use the song. (even with UMD)
