Proposal:Historic District Reconstruction fundraiser

What Councilor Drago said is correct, something needs to be done about the destruction of property and lose of life. It is with that intent in mind that I propose a fund raiser to be held in the Historic district to assist those who themselves without home and loved ones. This Fundraiser will have all money proceed directly toward paying for damages to the district and those that reside within it.
And if there is someone to take responsibility, I will do so myself.
