How Much Do You Quest?
-
Just idle curiosity really. I've been on each end of the spectrum. From non-stop powergaming, to going on no more than 2 scripted quests a week average.
-
These days I'd say I average two scripted quest a day or so. Shrugs But I have less IG time right now too. I did surprise myself with a whole day off and being on CoA for many many hours straight, and I only did one singe scripted quest. I could feel the inner conflict between my powergaming self and some other random fluffy part :P
-
Melven had likely a far cry of probably 0.2 quests a day or something at one period of time till about 1. =/
-
Remembers Melven dying numerous times spamming lowlevel solo quests :D
-
Once or twice every few weeks.
-
Couple of times a week suppose thats why i hate the death system the 4k xp i lost yesterday took 3 months to get. :(
-
Three months to earn 4k? >.< With two or three companions it's easy to go from level 1 to 9 in two weeks, imo :P
-
Depends on the day, but recently I noticed that almost on a daily basis I do even five quests a day. Sometimes of course I do nill, if there is something else to do and there is a solid chance to RP instead of gather xps, gold and phat lewt. Most of the time though, a few quests away keeps the doctor away.
-
I normally quest quite heavily until I make lvl 5-6 and I try using these quests to build a network of allies, get some plots moving and earn the coin for appropriate gear. In that period I probably do 4-5 quests a day. After that it slows down considerably and right now I probably do one quest a week or so.
-
Back when the Legion of Doom was around it was like four or five quests a day, and not those pansy level 1-5 ones. But now-adays I'm completely focused of my faction and plots, not enough time in the day to quest.
I've been quest-dry for a few days now.
-
I quest a few times most days. A lot some days, and some days none at all (believe it or not!). I'd say I quest more than your average player, but I have fun doing it.
-
Up to 20 in a weekend, but only 1 every day or two on weekdays, if that.
-
All day, every day.
-
1-5 times a week.
-
Every day, at least one quest.
-
About one per day right now. When I am a bit more active It's around 1-3 per day.
-
It really depends on who my character gets involved with. Early on, it's just the simple low risk deliveries and such to get enough to afford gear and healing, which brings the PC to about level 3. After that, it's really just a matter of what friends/allies have been formed. On my own I'd say I don't quest much at all.
That said, when involved with a good group who ends up questing, I end up following and most times enjoying the quest. Going out to find whatever, or exploring, is expensive, which results in the necessity of scripted quests. It really ends up being based on the need for Gp.
-
If I play a standard adventurer, I go on scripted quests a lot. Every time opportunity presents itself. With the Zhentarim guy, it's very hard to find suitable quests and I got lots of other things to do. For some 24h IG time, I've been on four quests.
-
Depends on the sort of character I'm playing, I suppose. With some, I am much more prone to splitting time IG with plotting, scheming and random roleplay. With others, questing becomes a much more integral part of the game. With my current character, I do a ton of both. As of recently, 3 or 4 quests per session.

Constantly, altough usually I lose and have many many deaths of many different characters :(
