      Issue Description: the loot chest doesn't respawn when the quest is reset for the next group. I assume it was bashed prior to my taking the quest and didn't come back.

        Resolved 7159 only had a 75% chance of spawning

        the real bench mark for success is if you seduce a puffy pc or npc
