Stonelands Tunic not craftable

Issue Description:
Stonelands tunic isn't actually craftable despite showing as having all of the required materials.

I also had a Potion of Bravery and a Potion of Insulation in the crafting station as well which is the potion of remove fear and Potion of Resist Elements that can be purchased which the forums say is needed as well.

Perhaps it is calling on only the base versions of those two potions, unless that is intentional.

Materials needed: 
  10 cotton
  1 Pattern
  2 cloth
  2 Enchanting oil
  Potion of Eagle's Splendor
  Potion of Resist Elements
  Potion of Resist Elements
Recipe Level = 8

The potions I used the TAG for are the ones in the potion shop/in the palette.

Someone has already made this recipe so I know it works.

Or at least it worked 5 days ago.

The only thing that changed in that time was Recipe Level was 5, now 8

I had all of that in there and it was red and gave me no option to craft it.

It says I have a 50% chance. I'm rank 9 in Tailoring.

Tested again in v7105

Still cannot craft it

With both Resist Elements and Endure Elements potions in the crafting station, neither gets acknowledged so the armor still remains impossible to craft.

On the plus side, the dialogue now shows all the required items at least even if the Endure Elements portion isn't working

Maybe found the issue v7125
Tag and ResRef for Potion of Bravery did not match. CNR gets pissy if they dont.
Remade Potion of Bravery with matching Tag & Resref.
Replaced Potion of Bravery in potion shops

Will require testing after next reset
