Issue Description:
I'm level 8 and I only get 1 rage per day. I had 3 per day at level 5 and at some point, something must have changed. I've only had 1 per day for a while now.

Barbarian must be getting calmer with age. Sad.

(This is possibly a hak thing? - could be scripts though. We'll look into it)

Checked the scripts and the hak quickly. As first glance through it should work. Nothing regarding barbarians in general or rages in specific was changed in months. NWN is a tricky one though so who knows if something else that was done has unintended consequence.
