I need more information to make a vote. Was it blatant disregard? Or did she misunderstand the instruction to gather others for the defence?

The matter is closed. The saying of loose lips sink ships should have been understood by a sailor. That she fled rather than take ownership for her actions speaks of her character.

I can't outright call this treason, the intent was helpful...but if she does come back she clearly cannot be trusted with information but yet might be called in a "need to know" basis. The fact she left first is worrying.
