Make some 6-9 quests 6-10 and some 7-10 quests 6-10

Some of the quests could use a level range increase. They're pretty fun, and I don't see why a level 6 or a level 10 could go on some of them as they aren't incredibly hard for some of the 7-10s, and some of the 6-9s scale incredibly well and would be just as fun with a level 10 mob.
