      Server Version: 200713 Strife 6954 --

      Issue Description: Accepting a quest while someone has taken it resets the quest and boots the PC to the beginning of the quest area. Should either PC complete the quest it will update the quest to failure state of the other.

          I've seen the bug on Infested House, Brewery, Downtown. But I haven't heard about this bug in a while
