          This isn't really about tweaking the quest I think - the spawn triggers aren't working. I did the quest with a different group and only one mob successfully spawned + the boss. The rest of the quest was completely uneventful.

            The encounters were not populated.

            I would recommend grabbing a DM to oversee the run through.

            More on Treasure to follow so I will leave this open.
