Issue Description:
The recipe does not require a giant was stinger. There were seven vials in the alchemy table and on succeeding at a 5% chance roll, I was able to make seven vials of the poison in one go. The Giant Wasp Stinger was not consumed. The previous failed attempt did not consume the stinger either.

That said, I'll look at the issue with the recipe and do some testing.

Sorry @Echo, the recipe wants a giant wasp stinger now but doesn't seem recognise the item when placed on table or in inventory if using the conversation from the alchemy cards.
