      NPC quest-giver: Squire Saga Hawk
      NPC quest-giver location: Calantar's Road, Arabel Outskirts
      Drop-off NPC: Dewdrop the Kind
      Drop-off NPC location: Immersea
      Server Version: 6859

      Issue Description: Dewdrop doesn't give a dialogue prompt to retrieve Squire Saga Hawk's letters.

        That's cause you skipped to the end ;) The quest tells you to go to Aunkspear
