Sorry for not using the standard bug report form.
Server version 6741Problem
Since i've been cartographing a lot lately, and it was completely new to me, i noticed a couple of
things.
These could be seen as bugs or just working as intended. This is what the tools say:
Notice the emphasis on "targeting Points of Interests."
This makes players (or at least myself) believe that things that say the following default text, are points you can make into maps.
Problem is either various places i have found have this specific wording but isnt a point of interest.
Or it is because it is default text so when builders place signs they forget to change the description.Possible Solution
A simple one could just be to change the description on the cartography tools so say something like:"targeting special landmarks or notable objects"
And maybe the message saying "Mapping point of interest" should say "mapping landmark"Alternatively
If this is a bug then:- Then consortium sign in sewers doesnt work.
- There is a lot of pumps in one of the sewer quests that dont work.
- In the lowest level of the chasm in Helmlands, there is a special sign that definatly seems like it is a mapping point. but doesnt activate mapping.
I'm exploring and finding several more if interested i can compile a list, contact me. :)

There are no cartography points inside quest areas. Not a bug on that, just that whoever put down the placeable didnt change the description from the default.
I'll look into the rest at some point.
