It needs better accessibility. System can work, but it's too stat-focused.
And judging by feedback, exp requirement for the crafting levels might've been lower.

Crafting shouldnt reward xp at all imo

It's designed for a higher population server as it is
With magic items that boost the crafting stats
From my little interaction with it, it was painfully punitive and expensive to such an extent it's untenable to start late.

I think we had it award xp so people would use an unfinished system so we can find issues and fix them.

Just posting this in this thread because Crafting is the title and it's appropriate to the topic. Hoping these crafting stations can be added:
- Water Tub, Eveningstar
- Farmer's Mill, Dwarven Embassy
That's how the scripts are written. If a scripter has suggestions on how to incorporate something else (a feat?) I'm willing to hear it.
Update, I'm looking for a way to include CoAss points and maybe Craft Trap/Armor skill points into this. It will not happen soon because it's a little more complicated than I expected. Updates to follow.
