      The mineral veins are not mineable for either metal or gems, and seems to be on a older version of the system.

        The loot on this is also something that could be looked at. It dropped a Regenerate scroll, which is neat but not especially great, however is a 6th circle scroll which Middy says shouldn't drop in the big boy quests. Though it did drop lots of trash like mage armor and sound burst and a few other things that are really just garbage. All low level scrolls otherwise. Could use some looking at.
