Secondary Skill System doesn't show the skill list

Issue Description: On the ".ss list" request only amount of current skill point are shown. There's no skill list. You still can allocate your points, but can't check if actual skill is affected or points is just lost.

I have used the Secondary Skill System IG and it lists both adjusted and non adjusted using ".ss list" and ".ss list base" just fine.
