Many elves and half-elves report feeling uneasy in the streets, with many feeling a sense of hostility. The Elven Embassy is most displeased, blaming the Dwarven Embassy for slander and undermining their diplomatic status within the city. This resulted in a vicious brawl between the Brewmaster and an elven envoy in the Palace during a meeting for city planning, both were dragged away eventually by their disgruntled Ambassadors.
