Too good to be true? loot in ZQA: Arabel: Potion Store

Issue Location: Shattered Alchemist tables
Quest Name: Broken Bottle ShopAt level 4, the single buffed up rat was a decent duel (had more HP and better ab than me) but the rewards seemed too good to be true. Both loot containers contained 5 Cure Serious Wounds potions, and the other also had 5 potions of cure moderate wounds and a potion of Lore, and the other had 1-3 potions of Aid (not sure) and a potion of lesser restoration.
I would spam this quest every time for my healing supplies.
EDIT: Although the pixie killing quest rewarded a wand of CSW, 5 uses, maybe that's intended.

That is the intention of the potion quest rat. Give lowbies supplies to get going.
Same with pixie quest- get you some healing supplies to get going.

Potion rewards will be moved to NPC reward eventually for other quests, please report if you find potions elsewhere
