Normal Traps do not seem to work
@DoctorDeth normal traps painted down straight from the nwn palette in the toolset onto the floor do not work.
Projectile traps seem to work fine for unknown reasons.
ZQA: Arabel, Downtown (Exp traps grant XP but triggering traps dont do anything)
Deadwell: Masoleum (Projectile traps work here but not normal ones)
I watched normal traps fire just fine in the Dwarf Rescue quest earlier today.
Any further incidents of this not working?

Kobolds Nest traps say they've triggered but nothing happens.
Weird. Frost trap worked just fine... hm.
The XP traps are not working. I believe it's because the script that gives XP is overriding the default script for said trap, so it only gives XP.
XP traps dont work but normal ones do?
If so, then this particular bug report can be closed and a separate one opened for xp traps.
Are we 100% sure? If so I'll go back to the drawing board with xp traps.
They do not work.
At least when spawned via waypoint.
