      Issue 1: The merchant has a large array of scroll in his shop, from cantrip to level 5 spells. Does not seem normal.

      Issue 2: Also, wands may need a price revision? Magic missile wand with 25 charges for 247 gold.

        Scrolls are fine, none of the super dangerous ones available. Lowered magical wands charges
