For clarification: The app-free perks are for the plot factions. Militia, Ebonhawk, Angels, Tree Cult. If your PC is not associated with these, they need to apply as per normal.

Was this only for the purpose of pursuing the current Metaplot, or was it something we just wanted to do for the rest of V5? I have a PC asking me to join militia.

Rest of v5, meant for factions. We can expand it for most things I guess.
