Ranger Should Be Implemented With New Skills, and 1d8 hp

Rangers changed to:
6 skills per level
1d8 hp per level.NwSync has been updated.
Rangers will be permitted to remake as appropriate (in the event of a corrupted character for example). Contact any Storyteller or administrator.
We will not be offering de-levelling and re-levelling.
Fingers crossed nothing breaks.
