Ghost Stories Upon the Mountaintops

A scowling woman with a lithe body and pure-white hair, along with tattoos of snow flurries across her skin looks around the books in the Spire Library and asks the librarians of rumors or stories of strange sightings and old men upon the different mountains.

The Head Librarian gives the scowling woman a polite nod, whilst explaining that few come to the library and write rumours. However, there have been several rough reports of barbarian tribes wandering the snowy peaks of the Stormhorns for quite some time. Many which are said to be lead by elderly shamans, but otherwise he cannot say much more.
