Due to recent changes and the rising interest in Blood by Villains and Law Enforcement alike we are going over our team policies about Blood Vials.
Current Blood Vials are already scripted to not allow anyone but the one who drew the Blood to read the label(As it was silly) without extraordinaire means that will be scripted promptly as well.

Until we have discussed the fate of the Blood Vials already in play please hold onto them but refrain from using them ICly. We will announce if the identity of the labels will be retconned or not soon.

After careful deliberation the team decided to implement the new means and new scripts, however we will not retcon any Blood Vials that were already in play before this was brought into the discussion as it will be deemed as favoritism. To explain it ICly: You might have used a cipher such as yspiff, but obviously it was an awfully easy one that got broken and you will learn from your mistakes next time. This is the final decision of the team in this matter.
