Guilds

_Agk enters the library and heads straight to the most competent looking librarian there. He asks to be directed to general information on Guilds in Arabel. Specifically, he is looking to find out:
(1) what the various possible "statuses" of guilds are (e.g. officially recognized vs. informal, etc.);
(2) what, if anything, such status might entail or entitle;
(3) how one goes about applying for official status, if it exists._((OOC: wasn't sure if this was something to find out IG or OOC, so figured I'd start here. I guess the snarkiness of the reply I get will let me know… :p))
