A character manipulating another character for OOC reasons is unacceptable.
A player manipulating another player to gain IC favors or information is unacceptable.
A player manipulating another player for OOC reasons or favors is unacceptable.

If we find out you are manipulating others OOCly, in any ways, there will be consequences. Starting with a vault wipe.
