Return of Cormyr but not PD/WW DM Factions

Because its been asked by so many in just a few hours since Cormyrs return, I will make a post about this. Cormyr is indeed back. But the dm team decided a couple months ago when we saw this eventuality in the plot that if Cormyr does return, we will not be making PD/WW dm factions open to applications.
Why? Because in building up to v5, we have specific ideas of what kinds of stories we want to tell in v4.5 leading up to the wipe, and PD/WW just dont factor into it. They will remain in the module. They will be part of the setting. And there may even be individual concepts so mindblowing that we will let them be a part of said groups. But they will not be dm factions with consistant dm support.
With the annoucement of the MG being shut down, and speculation over the future of the Watch, I will reassure the playerbase that there are several new dm factions that are being discussed, and are very close to implamentation in the coming days and weeks. Current player driven (almost completely infact) have created a very new and dynamic arabel, and we feel new and fresh factions with new stories to tell are desired, as opposed to rehashing old factions simply for nostalgia.
