3:Where is the elf lesbian stone located - no such thing officially existed in the module, it got its name from the players.
Actually Cleo was not a lesbian, she swung any way she fancied at the time, and even ended up wed.
Thinking of Cleo's wedding made me think of Clyde's poem, and so another question comes:Name a Bard who actually got famous for their verse.
-

Maybe I'm just ripping out but am I the only one who remembered a one of the two guards inside the Visitors Club being dwarven back in early v3? Its very possible I am, that was many years ago after all.
A lot of Nikkos questions I couldn't figure out, but I feel like the answer to 6 is the Tired Traveler. 5 I'm not sure of the first names but I believe is was the Ashby family. 11 I'm think was a sling but thats a pretty far reaching guess, as I really only remember interacting with Ril on one occasion.
Two easy ones. Who was the Luckbringer at the Tymoran Shrine before Mathew, and what was the name of the NPC in the market who was not picky about what he would buy from you (including dead bodies, supposedly)?
Oh, and I think Matriach got one wrong…
Who was head of the city militia while Lahl was Lord (not Queen) of Arabel? Westar
I believe it was Warden Dutharr.
-

A few more!
Who did you went to for book translation in Arabel?Illiyandra - who played her as a PC ?
Yeah, I think her exact name was Illiandrin.
What was the first PC faction based in South Arabel (before the district turned into a massive hole)?
I want to say the House of Jakob (sp)
But that would be too easy given you wrote the question ^_^
House of Death was in the South before HoJ I think Tompkins.
It was the House of Death.
A few more!
What was THE quest given by the Three Bars bartender that was done by pretty much every villains? How many hostiles spawned in the whole quest?
I didnt read the thread carefully so if it got answered I m sorry.
I cannot remember the quest name but I often did it with my rogue and a few other players. It was an assassination mission of one NPC that spawned in one of several possible buildings, though I only found him in the old mage guild building a few times, in some room a bit far from other NPCs. One of the best quests for starting evildoers, and the hostile was very very mean. Well implemented quest, adding some immersion for evil character players, we need a similar one back!
If anyone can remember the hostile NPC's name… I think deserves to win the thread.
It still exists as far as I know.
Taking care of business.
I had completely forgotten about that quest! I am not sure if it was given by the bartender though.
The quest given by the three bars bartender was "Wine for the Thirsty" and included 5 hostile NPCs. There were a few ways to succeed it, but it usually ended in a bloody mess.
5. Who were the brothers who were the main bad guys of the North sewers/Hullack/ Slums- slums aftermath quests? What city job had at least one of them held before becoming ebol?
6. What inn housed the pit fighting arena you could gamble on?
7. What tileset did the original Stonelands use?
8. Who was the quest giver for the second part of the north sewers/hullack/slums quest?
5. I don't remember their names, but I am pretty sure they were involved in the Guards of the city.
6. It was the Tired Traveller.
7. Desert? Or was there something else before that?
8. All I can remember is that the Slums invasion triggered as soon as you were rewarded for completing the Hullack portion of the quest trilogy.
-
What have I started???
-
1. What 2 PCs had their own house (that backs up to where Porry's is now).
2. Who were the 6 who started the Hall of Six? (PC faction building).
3. What was the min. level to be a guard in early v2 (before PCs could be purple dragons). What was the level cap to remain in a noble house?
4. What was in Fezznick's chest that was usually immediately looted after every restart before it was removed?
9. Who guarded the chest in Kanthena's bedroom? (once she got a guard)
10. When and why was the Underdark first added to the module?
11. What was Ril's, the widdle boy PC (later DM), main weapon?
1. Anna and Darvel (spelling?) were the first two PCs to own a house from what I remember. I believe it took 100K gold and no real reason, but from what I heard they were great players.
2. Hall of 6 was one of the first "pc factions" although their purpose was a little unclear: Slider's fat Tymoran whose name I just forgot, his girlfriend, Wolf, Illandrian, Valanthe, and Xal from what I remember.
3. Used to have to get into Houses and guards by (or was it before 5) and you had to retire from the houses when you hit 12th level.
4. There was a +1 sword in a chest in the Fezznick estate. One of Azzmodan's or another character usually looted it within 10 minutes of a reset. It also had a deadly trap on it, so the bodies were piled pretty high in Lord Rollo's bedroom every day.
5. The Ashby's, who at least one of whom was a former city guard were the bad guys. I remember there was a whole infernal plot not too long ago starring them, but I never heard the whole story on them.
6. The Tired Traveler used to have the cage matches to the death for really powerful magic items. Lots of people lost a ton of levels there.
7. Stonelands used to be the generic outdoor tileset, like the east way road. It was built before there was a desert tileset in the game.
8. Lady Lord Lhal used to hand out the hullack quest and it was the only way to get into the castle without a DM. (anyone verify this- it seems like it was changed to a guard outside at one point.)
9. Kanthea also used to have a chest in her bedroom ready for reset looting. One day, a succubus started spawning if you opened the chest.
10. Underdark was created to give a starting point for Drow characters to cut down on everyone making black skinned elves. Opened the subrace to anyone, but you had to get past 10th level drow clerics as a 1st level character to make it to the surface.
11. Ril used his Wabbit Bow. A shortbow.
There's a lot of fun stuff:
1. Who invented Bale?
2. What items could you obtain by disarming your pixie familiar? Your skeletal warrior summon?
3. What killed the Kests on almost a daily basis? What got them if they didn't?
4. Where did you transition to during the slums invasion if you were already in the 3 bars when it started and you tried to leave?
5. How much did it cost to take the Moonsea Ride to the northeast cemetery?L33t oldskool Haxor bouns questions: 1. How do you dupe an item? 2. What was the secret way out of the fugue without losing XP? 3. How many 1st lvl PCs did you have to add to your party then immediately drop so you could solo The Bear Claw quest? 4. What was the DC on the persuade check that guaranteed you 2000 gp a reset from a quest you could get in the Tired Traveler? 5. As a new 12th level cleric, how many times did you have to kill and raise Lord Fezznick to reach 13th level?
Don't actually answer those… I don't think any of them still work but...

@Deadlock:
Name a tiefling who earned respectable IC fame through their legit cover and never became an outlaw.
Mergyth Cassiel!
I'm pretty sure it was Torvis Keridon
-
Fezznick adventurer group was called the Fezznick Auxlia and it was mostly populated by dwarves.
The Dragon rumor was invented by Sai, and the other retainers passed it on.
Tymoran cleric before Matthew was Parner Mirna.

How much did it cost to get healed by the Household Priest when you were a retainer? What bonuses did a DeSchurr Fullplate give?
What did the code "Flower picking" mean?
Name at least five harpers, not played by O'louth? ;)
-
I think DeSchurr fullplate gave +1, +3 vs lawful (or possibly evil?). Not entirely sure about that. It also gave I think +3 to intimidate?
This is based on one of the variants of Phoenix Legion full-plate, which was repainted DeSchurr stuff.

Isabella Sennett
Trystan E' LeluathThat's all the PCs I know. When Bella became a harper, she was the only PC harper at the time. There are a couple NPCs who I wont rat out.

I can't recall her name, but there was some gnome or halfling that kept her status very very well hidden, only found out it was a harper when Melanie beat her down when she caught it sneaking in bresk manor basement.

What did the code "Flower picking" mean?
It meant "Alchemists quest" by a group of people trying to keep quest size small.
On that topic, what quest was a sending made for at 4:15-4:30PM EST every day by a group seeking "those who are lawful" for a while?
and
1. Who invented Bale?
hmm. Storm ?
