Who are we?

OHai… I don't come and play anymore, but I did, not so long ago. This thread is like nostalgia and I shall be a part of it!
I played...Some really embarrasing bard who wore nothing but blue and had a thousand outfits: Runaway pet who found herself in Arabel, met Lizaardclaw, became a Thondie, adoptive sister of Radwa al Maloof, stopped being a Thondie, became adopted daughter of Elwin Eth'elembra, married some ex Banite and lived happily ever after.
Ugh.Talan Silversoul: Sole daughter of Luskan merchant family who orchestrated her mothers murder by her own father, then ended up killing him too. Fled from the port city and find herself in Arabel (where have I heard this before?). She discovered she had migic, the one thing she truly hates and then… Fell in with various bad factions, Bhaliir, those people who ran round with some pink pimp untill finally becoming the ambassador for the adorable Baron Gromf, subsequently ending her realtionship with her beloved werewolf. Uhm… I think some dwarf she never met killed her in the final battle for Gromfia in the end.
Veralidaine Fa Toren: Hot headed, ginger Paladin of Helm.
Again, ugh.Jenseny Kierstad: Fail Custodian :(
Sonea: Contortionist lore seeker, explorer, faithful companion of Dark Knights and servant of House Vhoor.
Tessia Dunnock: SHINY LATHANDERITE! What's better than a Lathanderite Priest that can glow in the dark!? Nothing.
Elisaveta Kulinov: Vaasan born cultist, pre-selcted slave to an Infernal Priests (pre-selected because she got rid of the other contenders). Also completely insane. A very good liar though.
I do believe she was my favourite. -
Guess i'll give it a shot and just feel bitter for not properly ending most of my characters. I ragequitted most of them after one too many silly visits to the fugue. Let's START:
Saele Savant Illiterate Suicidal Gondegal Agent Infiltrator of House Thond. She was together with another four people, the young agents sent to Arabel as the first brigade with the goal to infiltrate the Crown infested city and create a foundation for Gondegal to take over. She became desperate as her ties with the Gondegal faction fadedand her attachment with House Thond became stronger. She had a couple journeys to the Plane of Shadows and was almost a puppet for Lord Emroo. In the end she was discovered because she could not distinguish between a letter she had to deliver to Gondegal and one to House Thond. The letter was found in one of her many visits to the fugue. In the end she was accused of high treason and sat in jail for 3 months with hardly no rp interaction and the character concept died. She finally got a judge to handle her case and got chop chopped.
Shae the Shifter the overzealous druid/shifter who came up with the idea of forming her own Tribunal and fill the vacuum that the Multitude left. Instead of having several characters representing the same hive mind like the Multitude, Shae had several minds living inside the same person. Her goal as a shifter was to preserve all the species that were threatened during the War time in Arabel. She formed a group called the Tribunal, with the purpose to capture and judge all those creatures committing crimes against the balance and nature (Insert any cityfolk her). She became a rather lonesome character trying to change people and for some time had a large group supporting her and ready to raid the countryside for the sake of balance. I will miss golw Barbarian Sigurd, zap's ranger, acemv paladin/ranger, gwaerfannon wyrmclaw . I think she was my first real serious character. In the end I ragequitted her after being killed by a devastating critical by a tiny shark that was marauding the grassy eastern gate roads. (highest level character achieved:8 )
Tumrulum Gullyvilstilicious: The Golden EraComedy packed scatterbrain scientist. after being frustrated from Shae's death I went for a complete comic relief character that I thought wouldn't last long but ended up being by far my best concept. She began as Rumtum's apprentice, then proceeded to found ACME a company dedicated to pure adventure and to challenge magic users by producing gnomish devices that could replace magic. She got involved in the Mages Guild and for some time was in charge of an entire band of gnomes. The gnomes disappeared after some lack of support and she eventually desserted the Mages Guild for being too political and detracting her from her Adventure, Research and Apolitical/ comical concept. Big Kudos to Griam Bestien, the druids who hated me, Malvrick Antara and all the people who I dragged to the fugue with this character.
Nysse of Nowhere My first subrace character (unseelie fairy thingie) which I thought I had a chance of getting the fabled SD class, but due to mechanical newbness I ended up choosing the entirely wrong class. Anyways she was the Princess of Nowhere a faction that had the potential to change the entire server. The concept and its faction startled the whole city and had a big blast during its first couple weeks. However the faction did not evolve past that first couple weeks as the concept had not been fully established and we started making too many enemies too quickly. In the end I battled against druids in an effort to release what she thought to be her direct bloodline (The Queen of Fire of Ice), got Eliphas pissed and got OMGWTFPWNTBBQ.
Ki'ina the Kill on Sight Gith Came to pwn the punny hummies and their allies, but died too many times that I ended up ragequitting CoA for several months.
Lolalum Gnogmaporianthia Corrupt Gnome rockstar! current. Still dying at least once a day.

Eliphas - (lv13 Druid. Nearly 14!) Arch-druid of the Initiated and pretty much in general, he was very reserved and very wise. He ended up getting in everyones business all the time, which resulted in knowing nearly every plot out there so there was always plenty plenty to do. Knew history, and was the character to go to if you wanted know something. Always training others, guiding others, showing people plots.
Lived on the server for over three years, and was the side-kick of Gurm the Highdruid, who he could never take over as he thought him a father even! Always got things done, and didn't afraid of anything. (Except for Landsharks)
Marick Ske'skaar'e - Cyric priest. Managed to gather 15 other Cyric followers in one room at a time! This character only lasted like, 2 weeks. Ended poorly when they decided to capture a gnome. War-wizards came in and pwnt everything.
Slavarian Akhar (Current) - Won't say much since still playing, other than him being a cursed priest, Thayan. To all the players who complain about healing, I laugh at you. I don't use potions, wands, or items with this character AND I frontline/flank and I do fairly well.
Funfact: Most of Gnomella's characters always end up disliking/hating my own. The same visa versa.
-
Valerian Nei'Lyarthan - My first serious character, back from 2007. He was your usual elf ranger with bow, made many friends, and was tortured by Swingsing's ebol mage and some other bloke I don't remember.
Conrad Webb - Purple Dragon Swordcaptain, my first application character. Loyal subject of the Cormyrean Crown, he died in the battle for Arabel, by the hands of Co-Regent Darmos. Before that, he participated in the most epic fight ever, where Belad Amallefnen and him duelled for a long time, surrounded by Purple Dragon and Phoenix Legion soldiers. They stopped fighting and watched these two guys as they fought with honor and great respect toward each other. He was in the news later!
Many speak warmly of Conrad Webb and War Wizard Thaddeus who stood alongside a few random volunteers and held the gates to West Arabel against overwhelming odds long enough for the routing Army to flee and even struck down many of the Legion's officer corp.Mallior - A side project I created to supply the elven faction with potions and wands. Somehow he became elven councillor in a few weeks.
Landon Asmryrk - My short lived Red Hart Knight Errant, along with Geek's character, we swore to never use shield and kick ass. It worked extremly well until Zxhoo ate us both for breakfast. Fun timesBoutrus Quaisar - My poor attempt to play an evil. He was a banite, worked for Ravenshield of the fivestars, gathered his own group of mercenaries, joined with Gamble and together they smuggled Shadovar gears of war into the city (and made a nice profit out of it). He killed Relonor's first character. I retired him after a few months, I just lost my interest in him.
Vyergas Nobren - My fake warwizard and real pilgrim, with greatsword in hands. He was badass beyond my hopes, and judging by the encouraging tells and comments I got, he was an interesting character, rare approach for a pure wizard. He was killed in cold blood, then got raised and I felt superbad about it. He died a week later in the attack on Clar Banda's general, I WLed.
Kerym Dahast - Armathora elder, he was interesting at first, I liked him a lot. Then I missed a few weeks of game because of vacation, and I couldn't find my place among the elves again. I retired him.
-
Timmy Toothbrick
My first character that lasted longer than two days. An extreme gnome fighter/barbarian powerbuild. With 9 int 8 wisdom and 8 charisma, I played him like Timmy from the South Park series. "Timmy! Here comes Timmy!" Timmy flies like a butterfly, but stings like a bee!" Though he managed to befriend some Iron Anvil members. Retired after I understood that it was possible to do more than just quests.Unas Sebeck
My second longest lasting character after Helmar. Assassin wanna-be, Mask worshiping, extremely unfriendly fighter/rogue who dual wielded a scimitar and dagger. Helped Jon Ermyn in some small shady dealings. Died as he tried to rob and murder a woodsman near Druid glades, it turned out the woodsman was a crazy barbarian who ate people´s hearts.
Sshaa Seh Yoth
Anhurran fighter from Mulhorand. Originally cursed by goodly priests of Mulhorand as Setite cultists managed to set him up. Had some short epic moments with golw´s barbarian Sigurd. Became a Golden Lion under Thond and even ventured a couple of times with that crazy bunch. Retired him for some reason.Jolak Chyesin
A Cyricist maniac who became a sidekick for certain half-elven red dragon in pre-civil war. During the civil war worked with Bhaliirans. Burned down a churn of Lathander from slums with fellow cyricists and Bhaliirans. Whitnessed as Deschurr escaped his prisons. Retired him as RL kicked in.Ashen Northwood
Red Knight and Hoar worshipping fighter who joined the Stark dude in Fivestars. Had some good time but I decided to retire him as Start industry collapsed.
Khaldun Raz´Hadi
Perhaps one of my most favorite character to play. He was a member of the Order of Zenith with Jalez and Magpie. God-hating monks who tried to convert the city from the ways of the gods. Retired him in the end.Telsek Batukhan
Evil Akadi worshipping Tuigan. Hear the "Spirits" in his head. Wielded twin kukris with style. Became a spy for a bit for everyone. Was member of the Cartel for a while. In the end found true loyalty with half-green dragon Berezriar. Got killed by a certain shady Sheriff who he was about to betray.Helmar Bloodchurn
Still going -
Droim Janger
Everything I've learned to hate in my 5 (6?) years of playing CoA. Is one of my first characters I can remember playing. He was the psychotic halfling who shouted about pies, was randomly an idiot savant, wore brightly colored outfits all the time, ended every few words with random "s"'s and was all around pretty great with his sword. Ended up getting some nice loot, and retired him after I realised what I had created
Zach Red-Shield
RED ROOOOOOOAD! Was originally a joint concept with my main man King-Of-Hearts that we're a band of mercenary Tempans who shouted Huzzah and Praise Tempus and Red road… all the time. Ended up by some miracle, involved in the plot of the bigger Tempus group with Lizardman and took part in the epic finale of the Firestorm event. LIVED entire event with my level 4 self, and got some awesome loot. Ended up dying on a New Years eve during a party to Warehouse quest, was party looted, WL'd in disgust
Arast Last-Flail
One bad ass mofo…who couldn't really do shit. With the n00b descrip of "This man gives you a bad feeling" He was part of the new emergent church of Bane led by Andril Fearinsbane, then after surving a coup, joined new Banite group, seduced by the very classy Casey, played Casey's Cove, abandoned Bane, and ended up shacking up with the Busty Bard. Also was involved in so many plots as if he was some sort of high up criminal man, with people asking him to use his contacts. I obviously didn't stress the shitty part of him.
Abon Hold-Fort
He's still around, by far one of my favorite characters to play, been around for Civil War, Gromfia, High Enforcer of House Stark (hellz yeah) and a whole lot o' other shit. Long story short, he's got a whole lot more going on than helmeted automaton. Just waiting for someone to start prodding. Also started to shag the enemy for a while there. Bad Abon bad
Henry Log-Horn
Country bumpkin turned Knight, originally created to be a Stag Watchman but was shot down, became an Errant instead. Talked with an accent, couldn't read, and was scared shitless by anything a normal farmer would be. Fun but RL kicked in, ended up retiring him.
Charles Blake
I wanna remake him Sooooooo bad! The Knight of Marsember, constantly made fun of for his coat of arms, blue yellow and red armor and his teal hair. Died to an angry Dracolich
-
Sup…while I'm currently a OOC troll. I've actually played some great characters like...
well, none actually. But one was the most successful e-pimp ever. I'm still open to discuss concepts for newbs.
-
Jestomil Calwyr – My first application character. The original plan was to be a Helmite priest within House Fezznick but that was vetoed so he became an Arcane Devotee Conjurer of Helm. Eventually ended up as House Captain and retired him with Loretta’s household in Immersea.
Sir Arvan Denethial- A priest turned reluctant paladin of Tyr. His concept was conflicted scholar and was never intended to go into the Knights of the Merciful Sword. After running down a Red Wizard with Darmos he was initiated. He took part in the march that killed most of the order and left with the few remaining members after a short term as the city's first Magistrate.
Lord Haakon Dracohorn- Loyalist noble during the civil war. A joint concept with Maureen, LaF, Orin1234, AP, and one other who’s name escapes me. Got back his estate, reclaimed his family honor, and was driven from the city when the Crown routed after being named Lord Commander of the Royal Militia.
Breman Ontrous III- For the record, he was not a paladin but rather an attempt at a flawed LG concept. An educated crusader, he was an arrogant, take no crap errant of the Red Hart. He took everything head on along with his best pal, Landon Asmryrk and a couple great swords. Died fighting a dragon at level 4. Stupid maybe but fun as hell.
Sir Welston Alanvil- What’s a wizard doing in a knightly order? That’s what started this concept. He had a great run and despite being an elevated commoner, who constantly felt unworthy, managed to stay alive long enough to earn his red cloak. By far my most mechanically challenging character ever. Wore full plate while casting spells and wielding a massive two handed gem sword in the thick of battle. Died against a bunch of undead just outside the East way cemetary shortly after Clar Banda's ascension.
I've had a few others along the way including a Militiaman and Sembian which I had some success with and a Red Wizard, sub race, and Banite wizard, which I was an utter failure with.
-
Ranan Holo: Powerleveled evil monk who got killed in the Underdark and came out all PTSD.
Tomanii Amraphel: Brother of Liandrii Amraphel and oldest of the 5 siblings. They both were from Rashemen and both ran away when their family was destroyed. Tomanii was a happy and smiley bardbarian who married an aasimar paladin, ironically. He died trying to protect his wife from an evil wizard and now resides in Torm's realm with her. Probably one of the only bardbarians in his realm, too.
Cornelius Honeydew: A bard militiaman who joined during the beginning of the Arabel war with the Purple Dragons. He was either well loved, or hated beyond belief. After some influence with the Eclestian Order, he became evil while torturing a Beshaban. He was killed by Maw in the most epic battle ever seen!
Nomak Su'scrofa: A wereboar shaman of the Thunderbeast totem. He gathered up a tribe of misfits, they all died, and Nomak was captured by the Militia. The bounty hunter who caught him wrote the headline "Justice and bacon has been served" to announce Nomak's defeat.
Damien Locke: A murderous twin Eclestian of Kivan Locke. He destroyed a lot of evil things at the cost of his own soul. He tortured, covered up murders, hired assassins, and burned many innocent and guilty people. His own mother died because of him in the end. He sacrificed himself to destroy the Ashby Family and is now in Oblivion for eternity. His only wish was to continue his duty as a protector of the people. Even if it meant using a hotpoker or a torch.
Ambrose Vightowyl: A knight errant.
Cyrus Kravul: A dreamwalking sorcerer.
Had to cut the last two short since I have class in 2 minutes. See ya!
-
Pellegri Makarsi - Zhentarim Agent (pre-faction) sent to establish a foothold in Arabel; unsuccessful and unrelated to the current faction :(.
Eresh - Halfling Custodian of Candlekeep who sought to help "worthy" individuals realize their potential and ascend to God-hood. Concocted a plan to kill Mystra and replace Her with a PC that may or may not still exist.

A brief list of characters I've enjoyed playing for the past years on CoA.
Tigil Travelback: My one and only priest, this gnome was one of the characters I had a lot of fun back in the days. Used to run with the "Gnomish" council at the time with Drudo Daessi (<3 Withdoctor) And Kaeden Myers (Hinx <3). My last and first character who has ever reached level 10, and I doubt that'll ever change..
Nathan Rogers/Eric Smithson/Hurin: I used him to rob people from all their lootz. He was silly too like that. I think he coached that Ermyn guy and helped Sett and Mr. Ermyn with laundry too. Man oh man, those were the good times..
Demtra Zo Doon: Thayan seductive Magus, who took control of the remaining Magus' with Luinrils Magus. Had her working as a Myrkylite cultist intending to revive her god, and though that didnt turn out too good, it was still a good time trying!
Kevin Crooks: My Hursk House Captain, my only Malarite so far. Although Hursk never picked ground (Hinx  ) I had massive fun with the character for aslong as it lasted, until the very end of being betrayed by other hunters (with his nemesis laying at his feet all bloody). Definately a concept worth trying.
Ethan Barksdale: Crooked Sheriff, used the Criminal world of his time as his pawn while at the same time picking points from capturing criminals he disliked or threatened his domain. I've always wanted to play something I had never tried before, and acting as a self-righteous vigilante sheriff really rocked my socks off, even if it did consume a LOT of my time to play this character.
Coming to think of it, I've never really had any memorable good-aligned characters… :(
-
Not sure if I can remember them all.. Especially the names.
Devante Somethingorother (I forget!), first real character, fail paladin, before I understood the class at all. Fell in love with a tiefling and lost paladinhood, but still tried his best to redeem the tiefling.. Eventually I moved on to better concepts.
Johnathan Clarke (Nathan, to pretty much everyone). Simple concept. I was sick of the cliche half-orcs I saw around, so I made one I wanted to be ruled by his past and how he grew up. He never had any goals except to kill a father who could well have been long dead, but he still managed to get into so much! Became something of a pet hound a Purple Dragon unleashed at orcs, beat down random half-orcs who offended him (Usually by not being able to speak properly) and got away with it, played matchmaker for a pair who then got married, but fell in love with one of them, kicked himself ever since. Played part in a mass assult and kidnapping in the ruins, helped beat down about 20 players, cut the face of a half-orc paladin hostage… And then got stuck in the escape tunnel and was captured while his accomplices fled. Had a trial for torture mass assult and several other things, and got away with it! (Yay for friends in high places). Oh, and he was a sucker for cults; Velsharoon, Tiamat, Hoar, Shar (Actually swore himself to Mr Elmett about a day before the guy died, after having only just lost a fight with him). He had no true loyalty to any, he pretty much only cared for gods as much as they did for him. Retired grumpily ever after.
Dante Alvarna - Sorcerer/Fighter, power hungry follower of Gargauth, but he had no problems paying lip service to all sorts of gods. He was fun for a very long time, but eventually grew stale. Retired cheerfully ever after.
Darvish Greymantle - Another civilised half-orc, but he could hardly be further from Nathan. Self-styled Guardian, currently doing bodyguard work, and contemplating the universe.I have had many, many more, but none for terribly long, or any terribly memorable.
-
Pellegri Makarsi - Zhentarim Agent (pre-faction) sent to establish a foothold in Arabel; unsuccessful and unrelated to the current faction :(.
I knew there was something wrong with that woman.
So, let's begin, then.
Walker Cain :-
Escaped slave from an underdark trading town. Never really fleshed him out overmuch, he was someone to get to know the server with. He was faithless, so that led to some interest from Candlekeep and the Zenith monks, would have probably joined Candlekeep if he hadn't gotten assassinated before that. He took over Koshtas' merc group for a while, the Cunning Hawks, sold bloodstones for Leopold Crux for a bit, and later signed up for the Black Dragons. Was smirnoff's first PK. About one and a half months from start to end.
Vorn Xarran :-
My first 'real' character on CoA, Vorn had signed up with a wizard for training, and ran away when he found he'd just been recruited into a demonic cult. Joined up Candlekeep out of desperation and for safety, and spent the rest of his life in fear of undead and demonic entities. Was a planar researcher, allowing me to indulge in two of my strong interests in FR, namely Planescape and Netheril. Got involved with Gromfia as an ambassador, so he could conduct a 'people experiment' to see if monsters could be civilized. Ended up falling in love with the place though. Terrible rivalry with Gregorious Fallow, I remember having spent hours in debate with him about the moral usage of conjurations and undeath. Hero-worshipped Eliphas, hoping to have him get rid of Fallow for him. Rose to become a city councillor (not because he was good, because there was no one else left to do it.) and died attempting to save Talan, she was raised in undeath (his own worst nightmare) after her death at Gromfia by an orc tribe.
Well, there was a bunch of other stuff, but those are the ones that made a strong impression on his life. In hindsight, I see he was a terrible, terrible Custodian, didn't do a single thing for the faction beyond what coincided with his own interests. Candlekeep luckily had Grashnik to counteract that in those days. Vorn lasted about six months in total, and remains my favorite character to date, as well the only character I managed to really invest myself in.
Lord Sebastian Vhoor :-
Sebastian was one of Elshad Vhoor's descendants (Elshad sired a line when he was alive). After ensuring the continuation of the family line, he left Amn to rejoin Elshad in Arabel. Sebastian was considered by the family to be an 'omen' of sorts, being an albino with light-sensitive eyes who had to spend most of his time away from sunlight, foreshadowing his future status.
Sebastian was all about the perfection of being, constantly instructing everyone to reach the peak of ability before immortalizing it with Elshad's blessing. Sebastian spent most of his life in Arabel hunting down Githyanki and criminals for the sheriffs along with the massive retinue of the house, as well as a few minor plots I no longer recall now. He died to a Scarlet Talon in the battle of Gromfia. He lasted a month, no more.
Nathaniel Reyn :-
My current character, an Eclestian Acolyte. A faction I've been waiting a year to play in, since the day I joined CoA. Won't be saying much about him here, I'll add his stuff after he's gone. My principal effort at present is making a Lawful Good character different from the shiny-paladin-zealot Lawful Good, I suppose I'll find out in hindsight if I succeeded or lost the alignment.
-
Alright, I'd be remiss if I passed up an opportunity for a little self-indulgence so here we go.
Shaudros - Malarite druid. Made him on a lark to be purely antagonistic. Openly hostile and violent, he'd regularly attack city folk who he felt weren't showing the proper amount of fear and respect for the wilds. I expected him to last about two weeks. Ended up eating a Selunite's earlobe which got him beaten down a handful of times by the Selunite's friends, and a spot on the Phoenix Legion's wanted list. Had some good times spying on the Mage's Guild in various forms during the whole druid/mageling rivalry and got beat down some more for it. Got a hold of a badass spear that I emoted the crap out of and is now carried by a much more impressive Malarite. When confronted by about 10 Banites, before the embassy, decided he wouldn't be cowed and got beaten down yet again. Also got griefed by some powerbuilt weretiger played by some noob >.> He was, by far, my most PVP intensive character (probably near 20 encounters) but was never killed, and he never made it above level 5.
He was a blast to play but unfortunately my job would pull me away for months at a time, which meant every time I would come back, I'd have to start all over on the whole making-enemies-thing. So my expected two week antagonist lasted on and off for roughly a year. Eventually I just got tired of it and WL him after a death on a scripted quest.
Mather Sane - Simple laborer (lumberjack iirc) turned adventurer. The sort of guy who's just used to making a living by being big and tough. Made him to be a thuggish bodyguard for hire and ended up being Elsbeth's Fivestar guard - did you know that putting "Kill FZ's character" as one of your goals on an app means instant approval? Worked for me. Wont go into too much about what he was up to since it mostly revolved around characters that are still active, but dabbled in selling bloodstones and failed miserably. Come to think of it he failed at pretty much everything he tried. Ended up dying in PVP that I initiated but came back. Never felt the same about him after that and couldn't really get back into the character. Should have WLed him then but mercifully he was killed again a short time later and I decided to let him have a dignified end.
Opitev Sahlin - Current. I don't know, he's got chest hair or something.
In between those, God only knows how many others I've created, ran around doing newb quests and got tired of.
-
Enlo Arna: paladin of Hoar whose sword was probably covered in rust. He was originally intended to emulate a traditional knight-in-shining-armor, but deviated from that path horribly somewhere. Also known by some as a radar.
Kivan Locke: short-lived Eclestian Order Acolyte, twin (older) brother of Damien Locke. Unusually compassionate for a witch-hunter; dead, for reasons I can't even remember, but likely have to do with said compassion.
Ardusk Elgaun: Sembite Lathanderite, man of many vices and few virtues. Don't remember what I did with him. Something about Fharz, or some very expensive cup. Perhaps I'll return to him someday, since he's not dead, but merely retired.
Ethspiir Dulast: Mage's Guild Assistant Librarian, alive and kicking for now.
-
Eidheann Marthwyn, my first elven mage back in 2005, an abjurer who also co-ran the University of Arabel (that was before the Mages' Guild became a DM faction and you could still find Illiandryn Starym and her awesome quest there). He did not have any major goals but (or because of that) remains my highest level ever achieved on CoA. :-)
I came back in 2008 as Dalwyn Meyr, a Fivestar high merchant who was in fact a priest of Azuth come to recover and preserve magical artifacts in the turbulent times of civil war. He was fencing loot from murdered PCs and did all kind of shady stuff but also created the Dweomerguard, a relic-seeking PC faction that later ended up within the Mages' Guild, before ending up assassinated by his fellow Fivestar merchant who envied his position and riches.
I followed with Karnd Emraym, a War Wizard abjurer and the last of the original line of Arabellan War Wizards. He oversaw the twilight of Cormyr's power in Arabel and did not manage to turn the tide. His two major achievements nonetheless remained the arrest of Tessaril Winter because of her smuggling of magical artifacts to the rebels and the assault on Castle Crag, wrestling it out from the Legion's grasp, and dying on the Castle rooftops upon the victory.
I turned to the Pilgrims then with Immaril Thoden, a venturesome bard seeking to escape those he swindled, masking himself as a Jergali layman. The concept rather bored me so one day I decided to keep him dead.
Then came Tayrwyn Maal, a haughty sun elven evoker from Evermeet who could not abide the lack of opportunity to gain power on the Isle and came to restore the empire of Cormanthor. He conspired to sow discord and chaos among the puny humans, playing on their aversions and struggle for power, masking himself inside the Theur Everae and the Mages' Guild. Following his scheming and the battle of Fangvale, Gondegal's forces were driven into the defensive and he became Arabel's Councilor. He eventually overplotted and was executed by Mergyth Cassiel which resulted in dismantling of the City Council and establishing Cassiel's tyranny.
Marten Levesque was my Eclestian Order witchhunter, seeking to cleanse the lands of evil. He succeeded in burning a witch, eliminated two infernalist cults and had New Kilgrave overtly accept the Eclestian Order's presence as a legal authority. He currently wanders the fugue, being Ducklock's favorite target for booting; some of his plots are still going on so let's leave it at that.
I currently play Camille Erlengaard.
-
Kara Reynolt
A priestess of Lurue I dont talk about, who I created purely because I saw the healing and -death- domains on the CoA website listed under Lurue. The death domain part turned out to be a joke, and I re-created the character with animal domain.
Died a lot of times. Took a break from the server. Came back from the fugue and begged for loot. Got a full plate on a loan never paid back because the person who loaned it her got assasinated. Joined the Golden Lions, Later got a magical full plate from an assassin who had killed a half orc (Jonathan Clarke). Sold scrolls of animate dead to thayans. Powergamed some more and eventually became level 8. then got assasinated by a malarite lycan, a half dragon, and some worshippers of tiamat. Thank you for killing this awful character.
Gamwell Scathelock - Another way of saying william scarlet
The first Stark Wyvern, led by Malverick Antara. Dubbed himself 'commander' but no such title ever actually existed. Thought of himself as a fashion expert, but ended up wearing that pink uniform. Many people thought he was gay. (He totally was)
Tried to fight Eliphas while a lvl 7 fighter/wizard/ranger with 17AC and a few magic missile gems. Failed, but eliphas got killed by a huge boar anyways. In conjunction with Malverick Antara, had a Red Dragon burn down the Glade. Spent ages trying to create arrest wands for the Stark Wyverns to use, just as the DM's changed it to tieing ropes.
Eventually became (I think) the first full voting member of the newly formed mages guild. All the while attempting to learn the secrets of Lichedom in order to turn himself, and his (dead…. yes, he'd need to bring her back somehow first) mother into liches, so he could spend eternity with his mother who he never met due to her dying at his birth.
Novo Mundus - Means new worlds in Latin, closest I could get to plane walker that sounded decent.
A partially insane curious meddler. Halfling bard/wizard/figher (in the end) who started out trying to write a book about the planes, ended up joining the adventurers guild, setting up treasure hunts, creating a player faction dedicated to exploring the planes, for some reason that's beyond me, he pissed off the black dragon Ithylibhor and ended up having his hand cut off by the scarlet talon for it.
Destroyed the glades guardian spirit for some outsiders, and tried to frame the scarlet talon (And failed)
Became a city councillor, and tried to use it to get the entire city looking for the components for an inter planar travel device him and Vorn were creating in the custodians tower. Retired to his NPC position in the adventurers guild, just one component away from actually finishing the plane walking machine, still with one hand.
Xool R'aghnal - R'aghnall means ruler in some foreign language or something. Xool just sounds cool, and reminds me of the amiga game Zool.
This Zhent is still around. Not many people like him. He's probably doing something evil. Or saving damsels in distress. Or both.

So very many characters, a few that I still like when I think back to them would be:
Dalzhel Galenson: Barbarian of Garagos, held off a group of people trying to save Kara Reynolt when the Half Dragon killed her, was then jumped by a large group of people in Central Arabel and later executed by the PD's. You're welcome Bable.
Deldiira: Was a Fetch, and got alot of complements on how creepy she was, didnt get to do a whole lot with her.
Andros Ashemark: Really big fighter guy, was the guardian of a WereSpider
Tholan Garas: Werewolf and leader of a group of Malarites soooo long ago. Got beat up by StuffyDoll alot.
Catsby: Was my first-ish char, just a min/maxed halfling rogue that somehow became a wizard, dont ask me how.
Theres alot more but im tired and their just not comming to me right now.
Currently playing Blazanar

Had some characters that had time to strive on the concept I wanted. In order of creation:
Severus Gale(Level 10 Powerbuilt CG Human Fighter/Bard): Standard overly brave warrior worshipper of Tempus. Beat up some people of note in PvP but never killed anyone. Was always first to charge into battle, and did it while singing. Eventually fell in love with an elf named Lissadae and ended up leaving Arabel to retire with all his fat lewt and live happily ever after with her. He was an epic quest-pwner.
Zintranna Waveharp(Level 10 Powerbuilt NE Human Sorceress): Femme fatale sorceress who thought her blood given powers were a blessing from Talos himself, and was focused on evocation spells. Her a very short temper, due to believe herself higher than others, and wouldn't hesitate to "fry" people with Empowered Lightning Bolts for not shutting the hell up when she told them to. Defeated the half-dragon Berezriar, who ended up dead because of this, and also "helped" release the Queen of Fire and Ice. "Helped" because she didn't really do anything, except make use of her high Spellcraft/Lore to perform the last ritual(Didn't even help gather the components). Also killed the King of the Sewer Court in an inappropriate manner. Retired her as the next concept was more exciting to me. She was an epic pvp-pwner.
Kage Oni(Level 7 LE Monk/Sorceror): Sharran monk who's sole purpose was to create hatred throughout the world, no matter if it was directly towards him. Was a shit build, but very slippery and hard to kill. Survived many, many assassination attempts but eventually died to an 7 man gank. He got resurrected, but had been full looted so I let him go. He was an epic pain in the ass to kill and to quest with(Due to Darkness spam).
Rexahr Rakal(Level 9 LG Paladin): Horribly disfigured Paladin of Hoar. Best concept I have come up with till now IMO. Looked like a ghoul and had 8 Con to represent it, but was essentially the ultimate flanker. Pretty much hijacked the PC faction The Gauntlet and shaped it to his own image and refused to give it back to the former leader once he came back. Ended up losing his paladin powers once for being TOO zealous in his quest for Vengeance and Retribution. Eventually got them back after a lot of suffering, and eventually died in an epic assault upon the fortress of one of Clar Banda's generals. He was an epic evil-smiter.
Vrack Haker: Ongoing Half-orc Barbarian.
And also many others which concepts made me go "Meh." after trying them out.
