New York I think

New Orleans isnt fully back to it's pre-Katrina state.. but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I was there 2 years ago for Halloween and it was packed; and was there last year for a bachelorette party - not as crowded since it wasnt a holiday but then again, "not as crowded" on Bourbon Street means you can actually walk instead of being pushed along by the crowd.
And Nikko, I'm not sure which hotel you are referring to but my favorite is the Dauphine Orleans- it was a bordello called "May Baily's Place" in the late 1850s.

Don't forget the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis.

Don't forget the Gay Pride Parade in Atlanta.

Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Exchange rate makes it cheaper for you guys south of the border!
In addition, the legal drinking age here is 18 so more of the younger players can come.
And close enough that maybe if the money fairy appeared out of now where, East Coast Canadian DM's may be able to show up…

I said North 'Merican, not Canuck

Don't be a hater, after all, Canada is America, Jr. :P

Quebec doesn't think so. They want to be Douche… I mean France Jr.

Really? Because if you look up the definition of "Real American," it most certainly states that the Real American doesn't even know what a Canada is. :roll:

Isn't it a suburb of Detroit?

No, it's a special kind of beer you drink when eating tacos. DuH!

I second the recommendation of the Dauphine Orleans as far as hotels in New Orleans goes. It's where we stayed when we went on our honeymoon. Was a really nice place.
Anyway, I think you all ought to go to Cleveland - someone has to! XD
(Disclaimer: Cleveland is not actually such a bad place, and does not deserve being the butt of all the jokes that it is. I used to live around there and I get nostalgic sometimes… but no, the suggestion was not entirely serious).

lol
This will never happen unless it's regional.
UK = 94,600 sq mi
US = 3,790,000 sq mi
Canada = 3,850,000 sq mimwahahaha! we're bigger then US. (eventhough most of it is just too damn cold in winter)
Everyone should meet in Missouri so that people on the east and west have equal travel plans, and I won't have to travel at all.
It will probably have to be something like that.
Anyone near Montreal ready for two 18hours roadtrip to split the gas bill?maaaaayybe. Note to self: get passport asap.

That's just plain insulting! Those suckers gave us up for a couple of tropical islands! We're on our own and we know it. You'll never assimilate us! Darn Borgs.

Only if this man is the tour guide:

Why is it taking you so long to decide where to meet?

Why is it taking you so long to decide where to meet?
Because unlike the UK, we have a choice other than "Dreary" and "Not So Dreary".
