Merchant Stall signs not showing name of store

The signs of the merchant stalls arent showing the store name when hired and reading as they can be hired when someone is actually renting them

Looks like a regression introduced in version 8258.
@Puffy will roll back to version 8257 and we will reset and see if the issue was resolved. -
