I wish to note my dismay at the leadership shown in yesterdays opertation led by Skull Ironcrown, Not once did he take charge and lead, and he refused to listen to the reports of Vandern and Amakiir, several times harming them and himself when he walked onto electrical traps they had reported.
Though the mission was a sucsess and Talantra Misrim was recovered safely with her child it was due to the skills of Francesca, Amakiir, myself and Emelia not Ironcrown.
I would suggest that if that is the quality the Skulls provide they not be used for any important task in the war.
Ser Cormaeril, I would also discuss with you on something learned, it opens up a chance for a mission but it will be a one time thing.
