Almost forgot.Apparently there's some sentient Oak in the forest that's sick and wants people to share in its suffering. Ask that dwarf called Allclan how it felt, because he volunteered when one of the Oak's herald tree people came to Bospir asking for people to pay up in exchange of protection or something?
Anyway, they wanted some folks of Bospir to volunteer in being tortured by the Oak. Lets just say mostly everyone present told it to shove it. Tree turned angry and we chopped it down. A bunch more plant creatures attacked but it got stop and no one in town got hurt.
Something tells me this tree is going to try again and again to bully the townfolks. Time to go find it and chop it down for good.
Issue is, its cursed. You magic folks figure that part out and gimme the axe I need to cut it down.

Traveled with the Brotherhood again today. This time they had the sense not to fight trees in Bospir. Instead we went into the woods and targeted one of the Saplings of the sick oak. We fought cultist, fungi, undead, and a kind of dead beholder. Think Granite ain’t going to be happy with this lot, so I will let him know directly. Allclan the dwarf got into a stink with Adrian about registration. One of the Brotherhood, the broody one, made threats to Adrian when he was doing his “I am a noble and the law, I am better than you” thing with Allclan. Rest of the brothers were telling the dwarf to follow the law. Might be some dust up later. Anyways, we took out the corrupted sapling and its protectors. Job was half done for us with the roots rotting out. Made it out, no casualties. Glad I did not need to slice up the brothers for attacking Adrian.

Probably some critter that go dragged from the Helmlands. Used to be a temple of them in there that got busted up a while ago. Must've been a corpse or two lying around.
Doesn't really matter where it came from, what matters is that thing is using undead. Aint good.
