Dissident control of the historic district

There have been a number of posters and announcements that we are not welcome in the historic district and that we will be assaulted if we go. The announcements are slanderous to nobility and to the King.
I will be conducting patrols over the coming days and anyone who takes up arms against me will be executed as a traitor.
