A woman, Fey, made a sending for a member of the Precept the tiefling Pilotess about something she had found and didn’t want to bring into the city
Went and had a look out of interest, it turns out she was infected with a parasite / larve thing with a human face that pulled itself out of her mouth.
She then went off back to the Forest of Eyes where she found it, jabbering about “hosts and vessels” and a blue eyed man that was meant to be dead but isn’t.
Somehow linked with the Beholder woman? No idea - I will have a word with her if she survived the trip.
I got the bottom half of it, the Precept got the half with the face, if anyone wants a look.

The more mundane healers of the church set about dissecting the foul thing. The results are troubling. It seems to be a gross hybrid of human bone and aberrant flesh, blended together almost crudely. What's worse, those who dissected it complain of horrible nightmares after. One even fails to wake up for a week.

The Precept have yet to investigate their "half" of the thing - made them aware of what issues we have had, don't want any good men and women there to get into any problems.
I will have another word on who or what the Blue Eyed Man is and see if it's linked to anything else we have on file.
