Izereth, the concubine of Beholders, has someone she claims as a daughter. A title no doubt. There is reason to suspect this is Silvara.

Until more is known I think it is best we take this woman into protective custody. If the charges are true she should face the judgement of the church and we will take from the Witch a precious tool.

If it is false, then we can free her once her guilt is proven false.

We cannot let tears and kind words blind us, we must be vigilant and offer a hand for redemption and keep a fist around our blades to strike evil before it grows.

What is the reason to suspect Silvara? She has been trying to get ahold of one of us for a few days now but I never seem to be in range of Eveningstar when she comes to call. What is known of her?

Fyevarra and Junnen both shared concerns of her suspected alliance with Izereth and when I confronted her and offered to escort her safet tp the church to stand before the Bishop and the light of Lathander she denied my merciful request.

Only a sinner would dare to thrice deny the chance to prove their innocence in the eyes of Lathwner.

And so for her lack of faith to Lathander and unwillingness to submit to the authority’s of the church to divine the true nature of her soul I claim she is to be suspected of being an ally to the witch and kept under watch for the time being.

And should she reveal herself a witch I will strike her down myself

Currently Adelaide of the Crownguard is stepping up to take responsibility and guardianship over her and has done the following:

she has brewed a weakened version of the elixer she had planned on consuming herself and Sylvara has consumed this, resulting in wild magic casting according to Adelaide.
Adelaide is concerned by Izereth's interest in Silvara and is trying to get her ready to defend herself if need be - but she wishes Sylvara be relocated to Eveningstar for her own protection.
I have assured Adelaide I will speak of this matter with Sylvara and see if I can sway her to stay with us and embrace the light, perhaps the open palm will have more success then the closed fist.

I have also impressed upon Adelaide that she must be vigilant that the Precept can at anytime excesize their charter and claim ownership of her because of her status as blood caster.

Take care with Ada and her.. brews, she created it from the blood of lizards and wyverns in an attempt to awaken her supposed 'dragon' heritage. Considering Silvara's mind is already unstable, making her consume strange brews Ada doesn't understand will do little to help.

Whilst I am also concerned over Izereth's interest of Silvara, its important to remember people can't just coax her into weird things. Your idea of a open palm is pretty good, and may open a path for us to understand Silvara better. Her mind.. I worry for it.
