Inquiry: Celestial
-
A few days ago the druid Ursula stopped by to inform us she had heard of our summoning and keeping a celestial locally.
At the time I did not have access to the records so I could not give her any answer at all. Now that I do, it seems to me that this is unfounded rumor.
Do we, actually, have a celestial stuffed away here somewhere?

There is a powerful and most beautiful celestial which guards the land of Eveningstar, the very reason why the shadows have not reached the heart of our land. With its presence, tieflings are not safe within our lands, which is why they are banished. A divine guardian in service of Lathander, and ever so mysterious.

Izereth is apparently leaving notes on the road for the druids attempting to drive a wedge between us.
While I do appreciate poetry, at least let's have what we know about it for the records. You're making it sound like a bedtime fairy story rather than a known entity.

While this may be close to the truth, it is not quite the truth.
Reassure the druids there is no living celestial in our lands to our knowledge.

My words are always a little flowery, and poetic. For I embrace Lathander's encouragement of creativity and beauty, thank you Sir Myrkyr for clarifying regarding the celestial. It is not my intention to speak of the celestial as a being physically here, but its brief presences is a blessing and should be spoken of fondly. I apologize if anyone misunderstood my words, I am but a humble bard under the light of Lathander.

It is well. The druids do not need to know the details of our blessings.

And your subject neither it seems. What exactly is the nature of this?
-Alparin -
It’s a good blessing.
Sincerely,

As useful as a paper bag in a lavapit, well done, High Dawnlord.

//A sealed letter is left on the bunk of Alparin//
Oh uncouth one,
You are fortunate to be far away when this letter was read. You have until I find you to consider your words, make peace with Lathander and reflect on your penance offered for such an insult to the Lord Bishop, Lathander's instrument of Light against the darkness.

Alparin was asked to hand in his cloak, after failing to understand what was expected of him by Sir Myrkyr. It is to my hope he won't continue allowing anger to cloud his vision, so he can return to the light once more a new man.
