Investigation: Half Dragon Necromancer and the Perceptus

A red half dragon was discovered in swamps near Eveningstar.

Yesterday whilst doing some work close to Eveningstar with Anaya, Adelaide and Siona we came upon some potent undead including dwarves and orcs, We then came across a ritual that animated several potent creatures such as a bear, bullete and giant.
After the giant fell a draconic looking woman with wings appeared and said we had disturbed her experiments. She flew away however when it became clear we weren't interested in aiding her but had drakes attack us.
She will likely continue these vile experiments and needs hunting down and bringing to justice.

If we we capture this necromancer or if needs be kill them we would improve our reputation in Eveningstar and work towards being able to enforce the law there

The wildwalkers say they killed the necromancer near Eveningstar yet they do not believe it is the last that will be heard of it as the shadows thickened near it on it's death.
I'll keep an eye out when I'm in that region

The one killed by the wildwalkers was a male, The one in the swamps was female and was located in the haunted halls with part of a text known as the perceptus
Upon slaying her she seemed to vanish in shadow.
Other parts of the text must be located by us

A good place to look may be Deadwell
In my last expedition to the place we encountered rituals in the entry of the Mausoleum that resembled the half dragons work

Another piece of the scroll has been obtained from Deadwell.
Guarded by an undead beholderkin and golems of a kind.
The pieces seem to be found in areas of high undead concentration.
The smuggling tunnels and ruins in the Stonelands seem good locations to search.

Have a scholar of some worth and proper education investigate the scroll, it is clear we need specialist mages for this investigation. If there are none, get recruiting.

I've put up posters seeking out a scholar.
I believe there's one or two pieces of the scroll still missing though so a proper study will be needed once it is complete

I took a group of myself, Siona, Desmond and Deagen to the smuggling tunnels, I searched but there was no sign of where the scroll may be found
It is more likely it will be located in Nemser

Yesterday myself, Julianne and Alparin of the House of the Morning went to Nemser.
We were able to learn that the Half Dragons plan a final ritual to complete their plans in the swamps in a few days time.
We also met a emerald guardian who revealed the scrolls found could summon powerful celestials and that the third scroll was called Olvinius but had been long lost, Although the runes had also been put on her shield that she provided me with, and provided Julianne a weapon, A hammer called Serenity
She has requested the shield and weapon returned when the dragons are dealt with.

Last week I took a group of myself, Maire, Julianne, Alparin and Fyevarra to explore the swamps looking for signs of the ritual the half dragons are planning
Maire reported she had killed one of these half dragons in the caves known as the Kings and Queens Abyss so we looked there.
Unfortunately there were no traces

I have spoke with Koseph of the House of the Morning on this threat due to the Anglemorns dying.
I plan to patrol the swamps more often to locate these dragons so they may be ended, A head will make a fine trophy and we can most likely negioate something favourable with the House of the Morning for dealing with a threat to their town

The half dragons are dead, myself, Fyevarra and Skarde saw them ended with aid from the celestials, one of the dragons sacrificed themselves to summon an undead monstrosity that was put down with Guardian Style.
I'll see if we cannot negotiate favour with Eveningstar for this
