The Lower House have access to these mushrooms with magical effects.
The effects listed are only the direct effects, there are also side effects which could be potentially dangerous, epsecially if they are used on someone else, unwillingly.
They cause some kind of illusionary effect that appears to only be seen by the one affected.
These can range from mild harmless colour swirls, to visions of deranged mages throwing spells at you, or seeing doubles of people, who sometimes attack.If this happens to someone at the wrong time, and they react with a spell, it could cause serious injury or death to nearby innocents.
If these are forcibly applied to someone, they could end up attacking someone without understanding what they are seeing is... some kind of illusion. They are extremely convincing.
Some of these mushrooms have useful effects, and those who know what they are doing can use them safely, most notably Praevid Shrooms which I have used effectively and safely in two divination rituals which gained useful information. (I aquired these a long time ago, before the Lower House had become what it is today and was still a social club running balls and other events)
I'd like to discuss illegalising them except for those deemed responsbile to use them by the council.

I have no problem making them illegal they obviously sell them to fund their Assassination attempts and pay ransoms for their men like seen after they attacked Dourhand

Yes, hindering them in any way we can is good, but these items should also be restricted even once the Lower House has crumbled to dust.
