      Pelagia should be charged with armed and magical assualt on Treth with attempt to murder him, Murder by way of carelessness due to attempting to kill a member of the Precept during an infernal invasion as well as evasion of peace officials by refusing to give an actual statement and putting up a poster instead as well as harassment.

      Naturally if found guilty she should be punished harshly for the loss of life caused

        The Council may advise, it cannot demand. There will be no votes for trials, discuss with your fellow peers in the relevant forum and reach an agreement. Then as one the Council can suggest a move forward.
