Rugai Turdarr Second Skills Points Missing

I have hit level 8 now and not a single point of secondary skill. the longer I look, I notice that Insight is 5 but my wisdom is a 10.... there is still 3 points not accounted for, and the fact that I didn't tell it to put points in insight.

Upon further review, and perhaps a DM can clear up the confusion-
It seems like some of the points aren't matching up. Specifically, the Insight and Diplomacy points aren't matching Oni's character sheet's ability scores. And, even if they did, they're totaling 9 points instead of 8. I am unsure if you get 2 ss points at level 1.
