Plan against Tilverton

The now Luck Keeper Alexander Kincaid, the once undercover Raven and our correspondent, asked to speak with me today. Unlike many of the others within the city of Arabel, he wishes to continue to aid in our battle against Tilverton and the Duke's Tyranny. He has been working for some time now, devising a plan to cause a bit of mayhem and strike at the Duke's food stores.
After speaking with him, he seems to have a good understanding of how he wants to do it, and has already collected the resources needed. Now we're gathering together a team.
