When patrolling the roads, I have mostly come across animals. It would be nice to have the odd bandit or robber trying to get in my way. I feel bad for all the badgers.
Ya look like Gelfling... [sniffs] SMELL like Gelfling... [sniffs] maybe y'ARE Gelfling!

The spawns are random but I have increased the percent chance that bandits will spawn. Also decreased the percent chance that badgers will spawn.
