Joshua the Ex-Bandit

- A few days ago, myself and a couple others were out treasure hunting, when a bandit came up and attempted to rob us
- Noticing the man being clearly out of his depth, and rather scared I approached him with a gentle hand
- Eventually I managed to coax him into selling me his sword, which he laid down on the ground
- It turned out he was desperate for money for his ill mother, and he began to cry in fear as he learned who I was
- Pitying the poor man, I gave him three curing potions, each for a different possible illness, and ten gold for the sword
- Shocked and thankful for our kindness, he revealed his name to be Joshua, and he was just very desperate to save his mother
- I suggested he should seek work in Tymora's temple, or perhaps with Eveningstar's Militia should he need a steady income
- We wished Joshua good luck with curing his mother, before sending him off with Tymora's blessing

Threatening a councilor is a very serious offense. I hope you issued a labor charge for attempted banditry and theft, A ten-day of service I believe would be justified.
