Enclosed are three copies of the key to my files. Ottilie has the fourth. Our files are open to you and yours in good faith as my group has fallen apart for the second time, and I haven't the time with everything going on to reform it for a third with an ever dwindling pool of adventurers. . .

I ask that information pertaining to the Horde (and the Horde alone) be shared freely between our groups, otherwise our efforts will be for nothing. You have the adventuring manpower, and I have the conventional manpower, together we'd be unstoppable in this matter, but we have to work together.

Also, pay special attention to the entry marked as relating to the Council.

Whilst we may have our differences, we share a common goal. She does not wish to access the council files, merely be kept informed so that she and the rousers can fulfill their job. I find this agreeable terms, especially now when we have brought the Ghosts into our fold. We can keep her informed orally and through shared meetings, during which we could also see to bring our other allies. One unit, under the banner of Arabel.
