incorrect spawns in sewers

Issue Description: currently in the spawn points close to the raven queen statue in the sewers the spawns appear to be satyrs, stags and snakes, i assume that the lists have been corrupted somehow.

The encounter triggers are set up for swamp creatures. Satyrs, stags and snakes are all in the "swamp" CARES list. Not a corruption, just an oddity.
We do not have a separate 'sewers" CARES list.
