Alter Weather Spell

The spell is currently made to make it rain. Could it be made to do the opposite? Stop rain?
This would be more for RP purposes than anything for now, until NPCs starts needing rain to cast call lightning. Then the spell becomes a way to stop them from casting it.Spell would detect if its raining or not and apply the opposite.
Raining? - Stop rain.
Sunny? - Make it rain. -

Why is this even a spell? Why is it not just a druid feat for Lv6+ druids?

Because (and I'm taking a guess here) control weather is a D&D spell and is an 8th circle spell for druids, so this is the version for our settings?
And it would not be cool if it was a feat. Druids already do not get many of those as it is.Thank Haquin for looking at this! :D

Because only Great Druids, should (and will) be able to control the weather (and other shenanigans) of the region close to grove. :face_savouring_delicious_food:
